This statement floor lamp has a beautiful drum shade upholstered in 'Knit' fabric selected by Wrong.London from the archive of Dutch textile designers Vlisco. A technique known as Wax Hollandais is used, a special wax dying and colour print process, which means every yard of fabric is unique. Vlisco are the only brand still creating authentic Wax Hollandais fabrics for the West and Central African market where their colourful batiked fabrics are much adored.
The floor lamp has a weighty cast iron base and includes a removable polypropylene diffuser so the light can be softened. The lamp is gift boxed and comes with a bulb, tool kit and assembly instructions.
Wrong.London focuses its creative talents solely on lighting design. Creative director Sebastian Wrong works with a wide spectrum of talented international designers. Wrong.London launched in 2016 with a single mission: to make design for the modern world.
