Your delivery experience is important to us. To ensure the best possible service we use DPD or Evri for all our UK deliveries. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs of your purchase. A tracking notification will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Scottish Highlands Delivery
Including the following post codes: AB31-35, AB36-38, AB41-54, AB55-56, G83, FK17-21, HS1-9, IV, KA27, KA28, KW0-14, KW15-17, PA20-78, PH15, PH17-18, PH19-29, PH32-33, PH45-48, PH30-31, PH34-44, PH49-99, ZE. Typically all orders are processed and delivered within 3-4 working days and will be shipped with DPD or Evri. Order placed after 12pm Friday or over the weekend will not be dispatched until the following week.
For delivery to Republic of Ireland, EU, Jersey, Guernsey & all other International destination please contact customer services via or through our contact page for a quote along with your full shipping address and items you wish to purchase.
Please check your order as soon as you have received it, in case of breakages or the wrong item has been sent and notify us as soon as possible. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please let us know within 14 days of receipt of goods by contacting Customer Service on 01608 670295 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to replace or refund. Please ensure that you contact us prior to returning goods so we can best assist you with the return.

Please ensure that your item(s) are packed securely and in their original packaging. Please include the completed returns form so that we can process your refund quickly, if you have lost the returns form clearly write the order number on the parcel. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so we advise sending the package with a Royal Mail registered delivery service and retain proof of postage. Any costs incurred to return the item(s) will not be covered, with the exception of any damaged or faulty products that Unique & Unity accept liability for.
For unwanted items that are too large or fragile to be returned at the Post Office, we are able to arrange a courier collection for UK mainland returns at a charge of £15 per package, which will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure that all returns are well-packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the event that you receive goods that are faulty or damaged please notify Customer Service with photographs within 14 days of receipt of goods via email@example.com and we will be happy to replace or refund. Please ensure that you contact Customer Service prior to returning faulty goods so we can best assist you with the return.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact Customer Service on 01608 670295 or via our Contact page.If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel it and therefore request that you follow the return instructions as above. Please note, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us if you wish to return it.
Please allow up to 10 days from date of receipt of goods into our warehouse for your refund to be processed. Refunds will always be made to the original payment method.
