Return and Cancellation Policy
Returning your purchase
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know within 14 days of receipt of goods by phoning Customer Service on 0845 605 9699 or via our Contact page and we will be happy to replace or refund.
If you do wish to return your order, please send to:

Please ensure that your item(s) are packed securely and in their original packaging. Please include the completed returns form so that we can process your refund quickly, if you have lost the returns form clearly write the order number on the parcel. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so we advise sending the package with a Royal Mail registered delivery service and retain proof of postage.
For unwanted items that are too large or fragile to be returned at the Post Office, we are able to arrange a courier collection for UK mainland returns at a charge of £15 per package, which will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure that all returns are well-packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Please allow up to 10 days for a full refund from date of receipt of goods.
Please note we cannot accept returns of wallpaper rolls, edible goods or gift cards.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the event that you receive goods that are faulty or damaged please notify Customer Service with photographs within 14 days of receipt of goods via email@example.com and we will be happy to replace or refund.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact Customer Service on 0845 605 9699 or via our Contact page.
If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel it and therefore request that you follow the return instructions as above. Please note, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us if you wish to return it.
