Delivery InformationUK Mainland DeliveryAll UK mainland orders are sent with DPD or Royal Mail and will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Next day guaranteed 12pm delivery: Order by 1pm Monday-Thursday for next day delivery. Orders received after 1pm on Thursdays will be dispatched on Friday to arrive on the Monday, orders placed over a weekend will be dispatched on the Monday, to arrive on Tuesday. All orders £25+ are sent with DPD on a tracked service, if you have placed an order under £25 that you would like to be shipped on a tracked service, please select our UK Mainland Tracked option at checkout. UK Non-Mainland DeliveryNorthern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Scilly Isles are classed as non-mainland UK. Orders are shipped on a tracked service 48 hour delivery only.

European PostageWe are currently able to deliver to most European countries with delivery charges as follows:
Deliveries to European destinations usually take between 3-5 working days. Please note that couriers will not deliver to PO boxes/automated, self-service delivery booths. Please provide a residential or business address where a recipient can sign for your parcel. Purchases for customers outside the EU are tax free. All deliveries to destinations outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. Customers in Switzerland and Norway are required to pay a £25 customs clearance charge. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the customer. N.B. Some European countries will incur higher delivery charges. If ordering from Norway your PID is required for the commercial invoice, please provide this in the Customer Comments box at checkout.
